Hello and Happy New Year to every one. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday period. I am glad to welcome back both our old and new members to the South Florida Pre-School PTA. It is always a pleasurable experience to contribute to the newsletter.
For our new members, the South Florida Preschool PTA is an organization where we all come together to make a difference in the lives of our children, community and our members in general.
The members of this organization are particular about giving our children the very best start in life whilst being their advocates in the larger society. This is a resourceful gathering of like minded individuals who come together to discuss issues relating to their preschoolers and who seeks avenues to make a positive impact in the lives of their children.
The South Florida Preschool PTA is more than just a playgroup; it has evolved into an organization where we all care for each other. This organization consists of women who are supportive of each other and are eager to go the extra mile for each other. Indeed the organization has created women who have moved away from the notion that they belong to the same organization to being friends to each other.
The organization encourages its members to participate in all the group’s slated activities such as Mom’s Night Out, Arts & Crafts sessions, Mom’s Get Away weekends and educative seminars centered on raising balanced children.
In times past, the South Florida Preschool PTA has been known to help some of its members discover their hidden potential through their voluntary contributions to the cause of the PTA. Some have even progressed into developing this hidden potential into a money making venture. Others who were once shy of public speaking have come out of their shells to become vocal advocates of the organization. It goes without saying that this organization encourages its members to learn new things and indeed develop every area of their lives.
I hope that the organization will see its membership numbers soaring high this year. I welcome all members both old and new to the South Florida Pre-School PTA and wish that this year will be one of greater achievements
